For the first time, the winner o f this season w ill rece ive a position as an execu tive chef at Gordon Ramsay Hell&am p;#39;s Ki tchen Restauran t at Caesars P alace in Las V egas, Nevada. This is the first season since se ason 1 to not begin with men on the bl ue team an d women on t he red tea m. It is also the third of the last four se asons to f eature a chef elimina ted during serv ice, th e first seas on since seaso n 13 that no chef from the winning t eam was elim inated, a nd the first season si nce season 12 where two ch efs quit. Th is is also the firs t season to have a chef quit befo re the fi nals.
